Where is scalebeards cave in azshara

Pokemon FTW! His mojo must have been stored there, as he's no longer elite, in addition to his giant level reduction. Comment by Has anyone seen him lately? I keep trying to find him, but i don't know if he is in the water or the shore, and i don't think his cave is around anymore since Cata.
