Good for part time in college , small room for growth, pretty tedious work, but great to practice customer service and referrals. Meet lots of people and learning to multitask. The overall company is a great company to work for. The pay was decent for the workload. Pros Free lunches, great training, flexible hours.

Cons Management, Breaks are short. I enjoyed the culture and atmosphere as a teller and associate. The manager took good care of us and made sure we advanced as bankers too. Also the pay is great and good hours for students. It's all what you make of it! Awesome company to work for with great pay and benefits. Depending on location management can be difficult to work with. It becomes a family and recommend anyone wanting a career in banking to give them a try. Pros Benefits and pay. Cons Short staffed, short lunches.

Great job I loved it but just had a horrible manager that did not want to work with my school schedule.. Pros Everything. Cons The manager. Customer Service Representative - Complex Accounts. Good place to work. Started from a teller up to banker. Good place to work for. I highly recommend it. Huge room for growth. Management really does push you to move up. Only down side was the cold sales calls. Pros A lot of room for growth.

Great compensation. Cons Demanding on sales. Overall a great college job. It was fun and not stressful. I would have stayed there longer but I left to study abroad.

My co-workers were pleasant. I don't think I would have stayed at the branch post college since I did not see too much room to grow that was of interest to me. Pros Good pay. Worked for Chase and felt that the company was well led by a team that prioritized long term goals and continued support. Only worked as a teller for 2 years but during that time, I felt as though the company provided adequate training, competitive benefits, and opportunities for learning and growth.

Pros Benefits, experience. Cons Pressure to meet sales. It was my first job in banking and I had the honor of working with some really intelligent individuals. My team was very supportive and motivating for any branch goals that had to be met. If I had the chance to once again work for this company, I would in a heartbeat.

Pros Moral, promoting, bonuses and benefits. Cons Low base pay. Very nice managers and fun enviorment. Very customer focused and professional. The training was great.

My team was very supportive and motivating for any branch goals that had to be met. If I had the chance to once again work for this company, I would in a heartbeat. Pros Moral, promoting, bonuses and benefits. Cons Low base pay. I had a great time with staff.

Pros Professional, friendly co workers. Cons Low hours, tellers got 15 hours max per week. Fun workplace but terrible district management. Too many hours standing. District Management would not let us get chairs to sit down even for a while. Pros Benefits. Great company! Loved working there!! Only downside is you start part time for one year before you can be full time. I was covering luch and vacation. I love some customers, few had a hard time dealing with a new teller.

Pros Bonus, monthly dinners, great team work. Cons Part time. Customer Service Representative - Complex Accounts. Great learning experience for professional and personal life. I enjoyed working with my co-workers and the Supervisor and Management team was great. I like what I do, but I don't think Chase is a great company to stay with long term because their salaries are just not keeping up with the market.

You get no raises, and there is no incentive for them to keep good employees. They are also woefully understaffed at almost every location. Titles are given with no pay raise but with the promise of "boosting your resume. Raises every year are so small like. In the Branches. I worked There For eight long my years. I worked as a part-time and full-time as a teller throughout college. You can't beat the: 1. Steady hours you don't have to worry about working late 2.

Not having to worry about what to wear every day because you have a uniform 3. The technology is very modern compared to what smaller banks have to work with 4. Best of all Getting to form great relationships with your regular customers and your team.

I've had some nightmare management in a couple of branches that I've worked at but then others were awesome, so it's hit or miss. Pros Benefits , Schedule. Cons Pay, Management. Each branch is different. The health insurance is amazing and the k is matched up to 5 percent. The benefits I are worth working here. They promote within the company and want you to succeed. Chase has been very good to me. As a part-time employee, I get regular PTO in addition to full benefits.

Management is inconsistent ranging from fabulous, supportive managers to useless managers who provide no support to their staff.

More reviews from Teller. Hours but boring. I worked as a teller for 4 years and all I can say is in the beginning I was excited to work here but then I quickly got sick and tired of doing the same thing over and over again. Boring work, clients were annoying tried to get them to use the online services however they never wanted to and it got repetitive after awhile.
